Hey guys! Thought I'd start this year with one more Donkey Kong Country metal cover before I finish up some more TimeSplitters stuff.

This theme has been on my personal to-do list forever now and I thought it was time to finally get it out of my system and do it some justice. While listening to the theme I first tried to imagine what it'd sound like on guitar (as always). Then, trying to figure out how to play this beastly track, it didn't take long for me to realize it was practically impossible to play. At least for me that is. So I played the riff at roughly 1/3 of the original tempo and sped it up. Yeah I cheated! But I think it came out awesome so the end totally justified the means.

So order a Zinger at your local KFC and throw it across the room as hard as you can (whilst banging your head to this song of course).
