Chicken - 5 to 6 serving

Ingredients:-
(Magic masala)
1 tbsp zeera
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 black pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
(Chicken)
7-8 chicken thighs
1/4 cup oil
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 lemon juice

Take oil in a pan. When it starts to heat up, add the chicken. After two minutes, flip the side. Repeat this once or twice. Then add water and garlic, cover it, and cook for at least 8 to 10 minutes.

Now let the water dry out. Add green chili and salt, and keep flipping the chicken so it gets an even color. Add the prepared dry masala, then squeeze in some lemon juice and add a little more garlic. Cover and give it a final steam (dum). Once the chicken is tender and fully cooked, enjoy.
