Koftas - 10 to 12serving

Ingredients:-
(Kofta balls)
Mix all the ingredients listed below into the minced chicken and shape into balls.

1 Kg chicken mince
1/2 cup khila chana
1 medium size onion
2 green chilli
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 medium size chopped onion
1/2 cup fresh coriander

You can airfry these Kofta balls at 185c for 5-7 minutes. Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month.

(Gravy)

3/4 cup oil
1 tsp zeera
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
1 piece cinnamon
3 onion paste
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp zeera powder
1 tbsp dhania powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp fried onion powder
1 tbsp khas-khas (poppy seeds)
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1.5 tsp garam masala
1 pinch red chilli flakes
1 chopped green chilli

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and sauté . Add onion paste and cook well. Then add the remaining spices and cook until oil separates. Add yogurt and onion mixture, and cook on medium heat for 8-10 min
Finally, add poppy seeds and coconut mixture and cook until the oil separates and a rich aroma develope. Add water and bring to a boil, then add the Koftas. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Your creamy Kaftas are ready.
