Ingredients:-
3 egg
150 gm sugar (3/4 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
120 mil oil (1/2 cup)
180 ml yogurt (3/4 cup)
300 gm flour (2 cup + 1/4 cup)
15 gm baking powder (1+1/2 tbsp)
1 tsp butter for grease
6-8 biscoff biscuits
2 tbsp white sesame seeds.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl until Light and fluffy. Add oil and mix well. then add yogurt and combine until smooth with no lumps
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients flour and baking powder. Now add the dry mixture to the wet batter in two parts and mix well. Grease a bundt cake mould with butter and dust with flour, Pour the cake batter into the mould, then sprinkle crushed biscuits and sesame seeds on top.
Bake in preheated ovan at 175°C for 35-40 minutes.
