Garam masala (1/2 tbsp) - ഗരം മസാല
Kashmiri chilli powder (2 tbsp) - കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി
Salt (1/2 tbsp) - ഉപ്പ്
Curry leaves (2 stems) - കറിവേപ്പില
Corn flour (1/2 cup) - കോൺഫ്ലോർ
Coconut oil (1 & 1/2 tbsp) - വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ
Coconut oil (enough to fry) - വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ
For Garnish:
Coconut, sliced (1/2 cup) - തേങ്ങാക്കൊത്ത്
Green chilly, slices (3) - പച്ചമുളക്
Shallots (4 nos) - ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി
Curry leaves (2 stems) - കറിവേപ്പില
