Описание: Are restless nights interfering with your daily life? Welcome to "Yoga for Restful Sleep," designed to help you find solace in the embrace of slumber.
In this 25-minute yoga class tailored for restful sleep, you'll enjoy a sequence of gentle poses and movements designed to calm your mind, relax your body, and invite a deep, rejuvenating slumber.

We commence with the Seated Cat & Cow Stretch, gently moving the spine to release accumulated tension. This initial practice sets the tone for the rest of the class, encouraging you to let go of the day's stresses.

Transitioning into the Seated Hamstring Stretch, we focus on relaxing the lower body. This eases physical tension and quiets the mind, preparing you for a tranquil night's rest.

Moving to your back, we engage in a series of Gentle Supine Movements. These include Knee-to-Chest and Supine Pigeon poses, which gently stretch and release any residual tension in the legs and hips.

Next, we delve into the Reclined Butterfly (Supine Bound Angle Pose). This posture encourages deep emotional release, allowing you to let go of any lingering worries or anxieties that may hinder peaceful sleep.

We conclude the practice with Legs Up the Wall Pose, a soothing and restorative posture. This position promotes relaxation, encourages blood flow to the heart and brain, and induces a sense of tranquility that paves the way for restful slumber.
