Complete full body trampoline workout on your indoor trampoline.
We will start with 2 minutes follow along easy warm up continue with 60 seconds long rounds and 20 seconds active rest breaks and finish strong with 2 minute follow along cool down.
First exercises are fat burning trampoline exercises, next portion of workout is with light weights to exhaust your arms breast and shoulders and finally booty exercises to lift your butt on your rebounder. Full body rebounder workout.
Dumbbells: I am using 4.4 lbs/2 kg each
