TOTAL Vibration Power Plate FULL BODY Workout From Home
A great 15 minute HIIT style Vibration Plate / Power Plate style home workout to get you motivated and sweating! I go through the exercises relatively slow paced for you to process and achieve perfect form on them.
It will be 5 exercise working sets and zero rest, once you have completed 5 exercises you will rest for 1 minute and continue right into the next set of exercises.
THIS WORKOUT WILL MAKE YOU SWEAT!

60 seconds each exercises (no rest inbetween!)
1) SQUATS
2) CALF RAISES
3) LUNGES RIGHT
4) LUNGES LEFT
5) GLUTE BRIDGES
REST 1 MINUTE
6) SHOULDER TAPS
7) TRICEP DIPS
8) LATERAL RAISES
9) PUSH UPS (KNEE PUSH UP AS ALTERNATIVE IF REQUIRED)
10) SHOULDER PRESS
REST 1 MINUTE
11) MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
12) CRUNCHES
13) WOODCHOPPER RIGHT
14)WOODCHOPPER LEFT
15) FOREARM PLANK
