Chocolate Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
▪️4 large eggs (about 200 g without shells), room temperature
▪️¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
▪️¾ cup (95g) all‑purpose flour
▪️¼ cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
▪️1 tsp (5g) baking powder
▪️¼ tsp (1g) salt
▪️1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
▪️2 tbsp (30ml) milk
Chocolate Whipped Cream Filling:
▪️1 cup (240ml) cold heavy whipping cream
▪️2 tbsp (30g) powdered sugar
▪️2 tbsp (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Chocolate Ganache:
▪️1 oz (30g) semi-sweet chocolate
▪️2 tbsp (30g) heavy whipping cream
For Rolling & Finishing:
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Grated chocolate (optional)
