Baked Chocolate Donuts (12-count):
Ingredients
For the donuts:
▪️1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
▪️⅓ cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
▪️½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️¼ tsp baking soda
▪️¼ tsp salt
▪️1 large egg
▪️½ cup (120 ml) buttermilk
▪️¼ cup (60 g) melted unsalted butter
▪️1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️¼ cup (60 ml) hot water or coffee

For the chocolate glaze:
▪️1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar, sifted
▪️2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
▪️3-5 tbsp brewed coffee, more if needed
▪️2 oz (60 g) melted semi-sweet chocolate (about ¼ cup chips or chopped)
▪️½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
▪️Pinch of salt (optional)

Optional topping: Grated chocolate (milk, dark, or white)
