Escoffier's Farm To Table® Immersion Events can provide an opportunity for students, alumni, and their guests to get up close and personal with the inner workings of sustainable and local food sourcing. This particular trip included a partnership with Farmer Lee Jones of The Chef's Garden in Huron, OH. Participants got an in-depth look at sustainable farming practices, the relationship between grower and chef, and how this symbiotic partnership can pave the way for the culinary and farming future.
