Strawberry Pie
1 box strawberry Jello
1 cup - sugar
⅓ cup - corn starch
1 ½ cup - cold water
1 graham cracker crust
1 ½ -2 quarts strawberries
Combine jello, sugar, corn starch, and water in a large sauce pan. Heat while stirring constantly until sauce thickens and begins to boil. Allow to cool.
Prep strawberries by removing the stems and slicing.
Add strawberries to the pan with sauce. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill completely. Slice and serve with whip cream if desired!
