Peanut Butter Kisses
3½ cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Hershey kisses
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Mix sugars, shortening, and peanut butter, add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture.
Roll balls of dough and place in a bowl of sugar to coat outside. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Places kisses in center of each cookie and bake 2 more minutes.
