Ranch Chicken
8 chicken thighs (I use some bone in, skin on and some boneless, skinless
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon smaked paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons Ranch seasoning
Sprinkle of dried Thyme (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°
Line a cookie sheet with sides with foil, bringing it up the sides. Place a rack in pan and spray with vegetable oil.
Whisk all seasoning ingredients together.
Coat the chicken pieces with olive oil on both sides.
Sprinkle or rub seasoning coating both sides.
Place chicken on rack skin side up.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until center temp reaches 165°.
