Hello friend, and welcome to Day 10 of our 2026 Learn Journey - Balanced Body!
Today you'll join Torin for a recovery practice, one of the 5 pillars in this year's 30 day journey! This practice is focused on stretching the back, hips, and chest, with an additional emphasis on mind-body awareness, and relaxing both your mind and body.

Every recovery practice is about finding what feels good in your body, while creating a deeper level of mind-body connection. These classes move slowly through long-held recovery poses, creating time for introspection, centered around balance in your unique body.
Every Learn class is crafted for beginner level practitioners, and is level 1 of 4 in our LIFE Movement model, standing for Learn, Integrate, Flow, and Explore. Our Learn journey focuses on setting proper anatomical foundations for healthy, functional movement patterns and poses, with more beginner friendly options and less repetitions.
