Ingredients:
Ground meat (beef or pork) — 500 g
Sausage (of your choice, diced) — 100 g
Cheese (hard, grated) — 100 g
Onion (optional, finely chopped) — 1 pc.
Egg — 1 pc.
Salt and pepper — to taste
Flour or breadcrumbs — for coating
Vegetable oil — for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling:
In a deep bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, and egg. If using onion, add it as well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix the sausage and cheese.
3. Form the patties:
Shape the ground meat mixture into patties of your desired size. Add the sausage and cheese mixture inside each patty.
4. Fry:
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes per side).
5. Serving:
Serve the patties hot with a side of your choice (potatoes, vegetables, or salad).
Tips:
For a richer flavor, you can add spices (paprika, garlic).
The patties can also be baked in the oven for a lighter option.
