This 35 minute full body workout combines strength-focused exercises and easy-to-follow cardio moves to help you build muscle, burn fat, and boost your energy - all in one session.
It’s designed to strengthen your entire body while giving your metabolism a nice kickstart.
We’ve structured the workout using some supersets (two exercises back-to-back) to add just the right amount of challenge — but don’t worry, it’s still totally doable for all levels.
You’ll need a pair of dumbbells (light to moderate weight — just pick what feels right for you), and as always, go at your own pace and have fun!
