In this video we will be learning how to throw a Toss Roght and Left Cupie as well as One Arm Liberty.
Here you will learn how to throw coed stunts. All coed stunters s has to work their way through the proper progressions to get to their current skill level. We will move through these progressions, each new video being the next skill to learn and practice.
Always remember to get a spotter when learning any new skill and when throwing any skill you aren’t absolutely confident in.
