In this video we look at the Toss Hands and Toss Extension, these are the next step in our progressions in coed stunting. These two skills help learn how to hit other body positions, which we will go over in the next two videos, and how to throw a stunt to the top.
Here you will learn the basics of coed stunting. All coed stunters start here and move there way up through the progressions. We will move through these progressions, each new video being the next stunt to learn and practice.
Always remember to get someone to spot you while you learn as to ensure everyone's safety.
