In this video we will be learning how to throw variations on the Full up. These will be the Full up platform, Full up pull through, Full up arabesque, and Full up cupie.
Here you will learn how to throw coed stunts. All coed stunters had to work their way through the proper progressions to get to their current skill level. We will move through these progressions, each new video being the next skill to learn and practice.
Always remember to get a spotter when learning any new skill and throwing any skill you aren’t absolutely confident in.
