Dish: Fried Eggplants with nutty Pomegranate sauce (SummerJoon)
Recipe: 3 medium eggplants or 4 Chinese eggplants
cut lengthwise 2cm thick
Salt
Oil for deep frying
SAUCE
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
Salt & Pepper
3-4 tbs sugar
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 cup water
