Ingredients for the Stuffed Eggplant:
6 eggplants
400 grams of walnuts
1 onion
200 grams of chives
1 tablespoon of pomegranate sauce
1 handful of pomegranate seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Walnut Mixture:
While the eggplants are resting, finely chop the onion and chives.
Once the walnut mixture resembles a paste, combine it with the sautéed onion and chives, add the pomegranate sauce, and season with salt and pepper as mentioned in the previous instructions.
