I am an avid reader and have been since childhood. Today I want to share with you my top four books about addiction and trauma. I have learned a lot from some of these books, I have cried while reading all of them, and I have laughed while reading most of them! I love sharing good books about addiction and trauma with people so I definitely wanted to share these books with you all. Addiction and trauma are so vast that I feel like I will never know all there is to know about them, no matter how many books I read or classes I take. I am looking forward to talking to you all about these books. Have any of you read these? Do you have any suggestions for me to read next?
I am including links from Amazon below for all the books I talked about in my video. I am NOT an affiliate with Amazon so I don't make any money or anything, I'm just linking them for you guys. :-)
