In today's video, I want to have a conversation with you all about gatekeeping other people's sobriety. I see a lot of this on social media, with people leaving comments about the validity of someone's sobriety. We have to do better about this. There is no wrong way to recover. Our recovery pathways are as unique as we are. Gatekeeping sobriety is only hurting others.
