This full body dumbbell workout is low impact, no repeat, and wrist-friendly — with modifications included for every move so you can keep things joint-safe and effective.
We’ll work through 10 exercises: a mix of standing, kneeling, and floor-based strength.
I’m using 10 lb dumbbells, but feel free to pick a weight that challenges you.
Format:
45 seconds on / 15 seconds off
No jumping. No push-ups. No fluff.
