This quick 10-minute dumbbell workout hits your entire body with standing strength exercises- no push-ups, no planks, and no floor work. Just grab your dumbbells and follow along.
🛠 Format:
• 6 exercises
• 35 seconds on, 10 seconds off
• All standing, 1 full round
💪 What I’m using:
• 10 lb dumbbells for upper body
• 15 lb dumbbells for lower body
Use whatever weight works for you.

3) Supinated Row
4) Reverse Lunge
5) Alternating Chest Fly
