Ingredients (for 1 batch)
300g bread flour
250ml water
2.5g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Sesame seeds (as desired)
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and beautifully puffed.
