Описание: Here are 5 stretching exercises that you can do in bed after a long day sitting at work (in case of doubt whether your medical condition allows you to do these, please consult with your GP or PT).

00'49'' - exercise 1: stretching the lower back / lumbar spine. This exercise is compatible with most back conditions, because it's extremely safe
1'56'' - exercise 2: stretching the iliopsoas muscle (which increases lumbar lordosis when short). This exercise is crucial for all those who sit for too long (office work, driving, etc.)
2'58'' - exercise 3: stretching the spinal muscles and the pecs (that's to reopen the chest and avoid round shoulders posture)
3'51'' - exercise 4: stretching the upper trapezius and levator scapulae
3'51'' - exercise 5: stretching the sternocleidmastoid (SCM) and scalene

With these 5, you reset many of the strains that have accumulated during your day at work!
