Crush your quads with this 30-minute tri-set workout designed to build strong, lean, powerful legs. Each block combines heavy strength, accessory lifts, and high-intensity burnouts to push your lower body to the next level.
👉🏼 I’m using a set of 10kg/22 lbs dumbbells + a 15kg/32 lbs, but you can adjust based on what you have. Every move can be scaled, and I guide you through it all.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
~Dumbbells
~Floor mat
🧠 SET YOUR FITNESS WATCH TO:
Functional Strength or Weights depending on your watch type and the pace you’re working at.

~3 Tri-Sets (Heavy Strength + Accessory + Burnout)
~3 Rounds per Tri-Set
~Timed Intervals: 40s / 30s / 20s
~Equipment: Dumbbells + Bench/Chair
~30 Minutes Total
