The High Court in Kampala has ruled that Molly Katanga has a case to answer in the death of her husband, Henry Katanga.
In addition, the late Katanga's two daughters, Patricia Kakwanza and Martha Nkwanzi, as well as the house-help George Amanyire and Charles Otai, a nursing officer, have a case to answer in the same case.
The ruling, by Justice Rosette Comfort Kania, was delivered during a hearing in the High Court today. Molly Katanga is facing murder charges while her daughters are held as accessories to the killing.
