Welcome back! Today we’re training Back & Triceps, focusing on building width, thickness, and strong arm lockout to keep progressing week after week.
Today’s Workout Includes:
• Lat Pulldowns to build back width and strengthen the lats for that V-taper look
• Seated Low Rows to add mid-back thickness and improve overall pulling strength
• Straight Bar Pushdowns to isolate the triceps and build strong, defined arms
• Upright Seated Rows to target the upper back and traps for better posture and balance
• Rear Delt Flyes to strengthen the rear delts and support shoulder health
• Dumbbell Skull Crushers to finish the session by overloading the triceps and driving growth
