Today’s Workout Included:
•Barbell Rows — builds overall back thickness and strength.
•Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows — improves unilateral control and lat engagement.
•Rope Pushdowns — targets the triceps for added arm strength and balance alongside back training.
•High Rows — targets the upper back and upper lats for added depth.
•Rear Delt Flies — supports shoulder health and posture.
