We will begin with warm up block and than we will take it from there for kick and punches workout for full body! This is high intensity interval workout 60 second work / 30 second rest is very strong and intense cardio workout, but you can do it! 30 min of cardio hiit and than very gentle pilates stretches at the very end! No equipment bodyweight cardio workout! This 30-minute cardio kickboxing workout has warm up and cool down, fat burning kickboxing cardio intervals combined with bodyweight only upper body exercises! Let's do it!
