Burn off those extra (but delicious) holiday calories with these killer dumbbell combos! There's a built-in warmup and not a muscle is left behind in this 10-move fat-melting circuit. Perform each move for 90 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest between moves:
1. 1-Leg Glute Bridge ISO Fly + Pullover + Extension (45 seconds/Leg)
2. Overhead Carry Marches
3. Bear Row to Pushup Row
4. Overhead Triceps Extension + Press
5. Multi-Stance Bent-Over Row (Parallel, Split Left, Split Right)
6. Biceps Curl + Hammer Curl
7. 1-Leg Hip-Hinge + Reverse Lunge- Left
8. 1-Leg Hip-Hinge + Reverse Lunge- Right
9. Lateral Raise + Reverse Fly
10. Good-Morning + Front Squat
That's 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 2-3 rounds for a full workout.
