However, if you don't have much left, you never tried PNF before, or you did the front splits before but lost them, it may work out in the first attempt. Do this routine up to 3 times per week. Anybody can achieve the front splits within 90 days, even beginners. You can stretch every day, but do lighter flexibility workouts, without isometric stretches on the other days. It's ok to feel a a bit sore the next day. But make sure you warm up well and don't get hurt. Don't bounce, don't swing, don't hyperventilate and don't cry!
