DevCast: Introduction to Event-based Integrations

However, while powerful, APIs can be limited in their ability to scale to meet real-time data needs. In this talk, Jim Crespino and Prashant Patel will introduce you to the concept of event-based integrations and walk you through the different event-based integration models supported by Genesys Cloud. In this DevCast, Jim and Prashant will cover event-based integration with Genesys Cloud's WebSocket-based notification service, AWS EventBridge, and Genesys Cloud's new Process Automation Triggers. He will discuss the use cases for each of the technologies, their strengths, and weaknesses, and provide examples of their uses.
