This video describes and demonstrates three exercises that dads can do to test themselves against some baseline levels of strength. These tests are 'you vs you', so bodyweight based... so your ability to get these done will depend on your strength/weigh ratio, your technique and any injuries you may currently have. As ever with stuff like this, it's less about what you can do today... and more about what you're doing to be to do better in a couple of months' time.
