EFT tapping is A combination of Meridian Acupressure and Talk Therapy
Tapping on Acupressure points calms the amygdala, a part of the brain that controls our fight or flight response. Talking through stresses, limiting beliefs, fears, etc., with our nervous system relaxed allows it to associate those thoughts with feeling calm. Every time you tap, you are creating new neural connections. Enabling you to shift, shape, and redirect your thoughts!
Qigong is a mind-body exercise form that integrates meditation, breathing, and movement to enhance energy and facilitate the body's self-healing capabilities. Originating over 5,000 years ago, Qigong is rooted in the principles of acupuncture and traditional Chinese Taoist medicine. It involves repeated movements, breathwork, stretching, and the promotion of fluid movement within the body to restore the flow of energy and increase awareness of the body's life force energy, known as chi.
Reminder: Emotions are natural. However, some can get stuck in a perpetual loop, causing an increase in that emotion and an imbalance in the mind and body. Be patient and forgiving as you move through the emotions.
