Fish and Chips Pie

Ingredients:
White fish fillet 750 gm
Frozen chips as required
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dill or parsley ½ bunch
Cream 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
Cut fish fillet into pieces. Heat oil and sauté onion. Then add the fish fillet and mix well. Now add salt, white pepper, dill or parsley and lemon juice. Mix well. Then place it onto the dish. Now heat oil and fry the frozen chips. Then heat butter in the pan, add crushed garlic and flour, fry well. Now add milk and cook until the mixture becomes thick. Then add cream, salt, and white pepper. Mix well. Now add cooked fish and add cheddar cheese. Then add fried chips and bake it in an oven until golden brown. Lastly garnish with dill or parsley. Serve.

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
Chocolate cake mix 1 packet
Water ¾ cup
Oil ½ cup
Eggs 3
Whipped cream ¾ cup
Strawberries to garnish

Method:
Preheat oven on 185 c. Then grease the pan and set aside. Now in a bowl add chocolate cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat it well for about 2 minutes. Then add the prepared batter into the greased pan and bake it in a preheated oven. Now remove the cake from the pan and allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes. Lastly decorate with whipped cream and strawberries. Serve.
