In this session, we will practice 15 minutes of yoga to improve the flexibility of your back - we will start with a warm up - Cat & Camel pose, spine elongation & twisting , followed by back strengthening & flexibility poses like cobra pose, superman pose. Finally, we cool down with bridge pose, pawanmuktasana, rolling & child pose.
