Abstract
This presentation will show how to call R from PostgreSQL. R is good for statistical modeling by not for efficiently store data. PostgreSQL is designed to storage large amounts of data in a very efficient way as it is equipped with resources such as indexing, schemas, normalization, Disk I/O performance and high availability, but it doesn't have tools from statistical modeling. Together R and PostgreSQL can achieve both as it is possible to call R from PostgrSQL and PosgreSQL from R. In this talk we are going to show how to run any R model from PostgreSQL, convert it to json in order to keep it in PostgreSQL.
