Abstract
R Base Applications as An Enterprise and Production Platform.
R application has become mainstream and essential throughout programming domains thanks to its ability of creating diverse contributions towards specific fields and specializations. Bringing independent R applications into enterprises and reliable production platforms is challenging, however, when combined with a secondary application it is much worth the investment.
Using R base applications prompts challenges such as scalability, adoption, dependents and cost. R base architecture would encounter performance drawbacks when instigating deep-learning architecture and data analysis to scale.

Combining R package with secondary unrelated applications avoids further challenges with the program and maximizes reliability. Secondary applications including but not limited to Docker, Postgres and ShinyProxy can all be easily deployed as services in an enterprise domain. Such hyper architecture and tools along with accelerator hardware like GPUs, allows for a large, scalable, analytic, and advanced machine learning model.
At Curiato Inc, we adopted a biomedical architecture ecosystem platform, in which, R based application was crucial for fast deployment, low cost, scalability and most importantly seamless integration with other applications.
We used R in all dashboard design as well as to calculate lightweight statistic modeling. The dashboard worked in tandem with other applications, providing Curiato Inc. with an optimized program.
