SUPERSET: Complete 2 exercises back-to-back with no rest in between
High Cable Curls
High Cable Flyes
10 reps - 4 sets (1 minute rest between each set)

TRI-SET: Complete 3 exercises back-to-back with no rest in between
Rope Curls
Rope Pushdowns
Face Pulls
10 reps - 4 sets (1 minute rest between each set)

Straight Leg Kickbacks With Pulse
10 reps - 4 sets (each leg)

Side Lateral Raise
Lawn Mower - Low Cable Single Arm Row
10 reps - 4 sets (each arm)
