SUPERSET: Complete 2 exercises back-to-back with no rest in between
Seated Leg Press
Seated Heel Raises
20 reps - 4 sets (1 minute rest between each set)

Leg Extensions
Hip Raises
15 reps - 3 sets (1 minute rest between each set)

Seated Leg Curl
15 reps - 3 sets

DROP SET:
Hip Abduction
x10 @ each weight

Hip Abduction
10 reps - 3 sets (middle weight)
-----
Glute Pushdown On Assisted Pull-Up Machine
10 reps - 3 sets (each leg)
