Ingredients
• 1 chicken breast
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp shawarma seasoning
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp harissa paste
Method
1. Mix all ingredients and coat chicken well.
2. Marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Slice and set aside.
🍚 Lemon Cilantro Brown Rice
Ingredients
• 1 cup brown rice (soaked 1 hour)
• Water
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Fresh cilantro, chopped
• Lemon juice
• Black pepper
1. Cook soaked brown rice in boiling salted water with olive oil for 20 minutes.
2. Drain if needed.
3. Mix in cilantro, lemon juice, and black pepper.
🥣 Harissa Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp tahini
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• 1 tsp harissa paste
• 1 tsp olive oil
Whisk everything until smooth and creamy.
