• 5–6 potatoes
• 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
• 1 onion
• 1 bell pepper
• 3 cloves garlic
• 3 carrots
• 3 tomatoes
• 4–5 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
• 150–200 g mozzarella cheese
