For Issue No. 1 -- No sooner has Batman's former sidekick Jason Todd put his past as the Red Hood behind him than he forces himself cornered by a pair of modern day outlaws: Green Arrow's rejected sidekick Arsenal and the alien Starfire.

As a loner, Jason has absolutely no interest in this motley crew of outlaws.

So what's he going to do when they choose the Red Hood as their leader?

For Issue No. 2 -- Red Hood is already globe-trotting in an effort to find the ancient assassins behind the slaughter of those who taught him some of his darkest skills, and if Roy and Kori are going to be of any help, they'll just have to tag along whether Jason wants them to or not!

For Issue No. 3 -- Red Hood, Arsenal and Starfire enter the Chamber of All to discover what the untitled wanted - but they'll need to leave their most cherished memories as collateral.

All this as the trio draws ever closer to dealing with a threat that's already killed the ancient caste of assassins who taught Jason Todd everything he knows about the art of killing!

For Issue No. 4 -- The man who pursued Starfire all the way to the wilds of Colorado has only one thing on his mind: her slow and painful death.

His name is crux - and he's done some dark and dangerous work on his DNA to reach his goal of ridding the Earth of every alien on the planet!

In Issue No. 5 -- With Jason going one-on-one with the ancient evil known as the Untitled and Koriand'r barely able to crawl to his side, it's up to Roy to stand alone against the monstrous threat known as Crux!

For Issue No. 6 -- How did Jason Todd and Princess Koriand'r of Tamaran meet - and what has bonded them together in a way that neither could have imagined?

At long last the story can be told!

It's a scorcher!

For Issue No. 7 -- Red Hood is convinced that the super assassin Essence set him up in his battle against the Untitled...and Arsenal and Starfire are prepared to help him get some payback!

Plus: the trio learns that the super-villain known as Crux might be a kindred spirit after all!

For Issue No. 8 -- Suzie Su is back, and she's betting a hospital full of hostages will get Red Hood's attention!

If that isn't enough to keep him and the Outlaws busy, there's someone waiting in the wings!

Tim Drake knocks on Red Hood's door with a very special package for his estranged 'brother.'

For Issue No. 9 -- A 'Night of the Owls' tie-in!

The court of Owls is attacking, and the last person you'd expect to answer Batman's call to arms is Red Hood!

For Issue No. 10 -- Red Hood learns that Starfire is one of the most respected and feared commanders in all of space.

Tamaran, her homeworld, is in danger and Princess Koriand'r must defend a world that once turned its back on her!

For Issue No. 11 -- The Outlaws take on Blackfire and her new allies, The Blight, and the true power of Starfire is unleashed in an epic space battle!

For Issue No. 12 -- Starfire has made it all the way to Tamaran only to find herself caught between the forces of the Blight and the political maneuvering of her sister, Blackfire.

And how will Jason protect Isabel on what has become an intergalactic date from Hell?

For Issue No. 13 -- Starfire's battle for the throne of Tamaran concludes as she is reunited with her sister, Blackfire!
