INGREDIENTS:-
Samosa Dough Ingredients
Carom Seeds (अजवाइन): ½ teaspoon
Flour (Aata / Maida): 2 Cups (Approx.)
Ghee (Clarified Butter): 2–3 Tablespoons (or refined oil for moin)
Nigella Seeds (कलौंजी): ½ teaspoon
Salt (नमक): ½ teaspoon (To taste)
Water (पानी): As needed (For kneading a soft dough)

Potato Stuffing Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes (आलू): 3 Large (Grated while still warm)
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला): A little bit
Crushed Black Pepper Powder: ½ teaspoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves: Finely chopped
Garam Masala Powder: A little bit
Red Chili Powder (मिर्च पाउडर): 1 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin-Coriander Powder: As mentioned in video
Salt (नमक): To taste

For Assembly and Frying
Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर): Mixed with water to create a slurry for sealing.
Oil (तेल): For deep frying.
Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese): Cut into long bars/fingers for the twist layer.
