INGREDIENTS:-

Samosa Dough Ingredients
Flour (Maida or Aata): 2 cups
Salt: to taste
Nigella Seeds (Kalonji): a pinch
Ghee (Clarified Butter): 1–2 tablespoons
Water: for kneading (about 1 to 1.5 small cups)
Mince (Keema) Filling Ingredients
The mince should be pre-boiled with salt, garlic (lahsun), and ginger (adrak) before use.

Ingredient Quantity/Notes
Oil for cooking
Whole Cumin Seeds (Sabut Jeera) 1 teaspoon
Onion (finely chopped) 1 full piece (for cooking)
Green Chillies (finely chopped) 2–3
Spinach (Palak) (finely chopped) 1 cup
Spices (approx. 1/2 tsp each, to taste) Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Crushed Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder
Mince (Keema) 1 cup (pre-boiled)
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 piece (for garnish, added at the end)
Fresh Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) finely chopped (for garnish)
Garam Masala Powder a pinch (for flavor)
Lemon Juice from half a lemon
