I start with 10 clean dips, followed by 10 explosive push-ups on top of the dip bar. Then I go down the ladder—9 dips, 9 push-ups, all the way to 1. That first set is done completely unbroken. Then I drop down, take a short rest, and go into 9 dips, 9 push-ups… all the way down to 1. By the end, that’s 55 dips and 55 push-ups total. Minimal rest. Max effort. This one burns, but it builds strength fast if you stay consistent. Try it out and let me know how far you get.
